The Iowa City 2023 Latino Fest will take place on Saturday, August 26th, at the Ped-Mall in Downtown Iowa City on E Washington St. (Between Dubuque St and Linn St), from approximately 12:00 pm to 9:00 PM.  The vendor setup starts at 9:30 AM.  Earlier setup is possible, but please contact us to discuss details. Tear down starts at 7:00 p.m. 

By 9:00 p.m. your booth must be turned down and your space must be clean.

As you may be aware, Latino Fest Iowa City has evolved into a remarkable platform for numerous organizations to establish meaningful connections with the local Latino community. We acknowledge and greatly value the role these community organizations play, given their dedicated services to the Latino population in Iowa.

With this in mind, we extend a heartfelt invitation to all local non-profit organizations that collaborate with the Latinx community to join us in our milestone 10th annual celebration. Your participation will not only enrich the event but also contribute significantly towards fortifying and empowering our community.

Being a part of Latino Fest Iowa City offers an exceptional opportunity to foster deeper relationships, enhance visibility, and build a stronger support network for the Latino community. We eagerly look forward to welcoming you and together, making this festivity an even more impactful celebration of culture, unity, and strength.

about temporary food permit

PLEASE keep in mind….


*** If you are planning to sell food, you MUST have approval from Johnson County Public Health before submitting your application. If we do not receive documentation of approval and full payment by August 5th, vendor participation in the festival will not be permitted.
