The Latino Fest Iowa City is a great opportunity to celebrate the Latino culture and to promote inclusion of the Latino population in the area, which has seen a significant increase in the past decade. The Latino Fest helps to build bridges among the different cultures and races that live in the Iowa City area.
This exciting celebration will highlight Latino traditions, dances, food, and music. More than ten entertainers have been confirmed, featuring several talented musicians from the area and traditional dance groups. There will also be opportunities to learn dances with demonstrations from experienced instructors. Visitors will also get the chance to try delicious cuisine from Mexican and Central American food vendors.
